The laboratory of Carizan Industrial Group consists of the following parts:
1- Laboratory of mechanical properties:
1-1: Hardness tests using HRC and HRB methods
2-1: Torque tests
3-1: tensile strength test of tensile machine
2- Laboratory of coating properties:
1-2: Corrosion resistance of all types of coatings (Salt Spray Test)
2-2: Thickness measurement of electroplating coatings including galvanized zinc coatings and nickel chrome coatings and the thickness of zinc flake coating by weight method
and calculating the area of the product
3-2: Coating mass, including phosphate and zinc flake coatings
4-2: Coating adhesion test, including nickel chrome and zinc flake coatings
3- Laboratory of physical and metallurgical properties
1-3: sample preparation equipment including cutting, polishing, mounting
2-3: Metallographic test to detect the metallurgical structure
3-3: Metallographic test of Deckerburg depth measurement
4- Metrology laboratory
Including all dimensional and geometric measurements
5- Chemistry laboratory
